MOVES Academic Working Group 2016
MAWG 2016 is a meeting between MOVES and our stakeholder organizations to discuss NPS’s Modeling and Simulation academic program and how research can support it. Our goal is to review our current programs, identify where Modeling and Simulation is headed in the future, and identify a path forward for MOVES to meet those challenges. This will be the second in a continuing series of annual events that help us to ensure that MOVES continues to meet its mission “to enhance the operational effectiveness of our joint forces and our allies by providing superior training and analysis products, education, and exemplary research in the field of modeling and simulation”. This event is key for supporting education and refining research, and helps us steer our academic and research programs in accordance with stakeholder needs.
