MOVES Academic Working Group 2015

The Modeling,Virtual Environments, and Simulation (MOVES) Institute at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California is pleased to announce the MOVES Academic Working Group. MAWG 2015 is a meeting between MOVES and our stakeholder organizations to discuss the MOVES modeling and simulation academic program and supporting research.  Our goal is to review our current programs, identify where Modeling and Simulation is headed in the future, and identify a path forward for MOVES to meet those challenges.  This will be the first in a new series of annual events that help us to ensure that MOVES continues to meet its mission “to enhance the operational effectiveness of our joint forces and our allies by providing superior training and analysis products, education, and exemplary research in the field of modeling and simulation”.  This event is key for refining education and research and helps us steer our academic and research programs in accordance with stakeholder needs.
