Graphics Development:
  • 95 % of graphics developed for Proof of Concept Scenario Location in Port Hueneme, California
  • 60 % of Aden Harbor, Yemen completed
  • 3D Views incorporated for DDG-51, CG-47, SSN-688, DD-963(LOW-END), RHIB, Conceptual Terrorist Craft, Neutral Shipping
  • 60% complete for basic humanoid incorporation into 3D view.
  • Continual update to current NPSNET V application framework
  • Continual testing of Xj3D open source development
  • Future testing of Dis Profile in pure X3D when ready
Autonomous Agent Development:
  • Initial implementation of expansion of current Agent Architecture using congnitive templates complete.
  • Ongoing development with expansion into more complicity for greater insights.
User Interface development:
  • Initial design and implementation completed
  • Ongoing UI work as more functionality added
  • Xj3D and NPSNET Vincorporation into application framework complete
XML Development
  • 90% ATFP Scenario Schema Complete
  • Ongoing work in tag refinement as bugs found
  • Currently write out instance files, stylesheet to svg, npsnet v, x3d (lags in development) formats.
  • Loads scenario instance files from disk or web for further manipulation or viewing.
  • Statistics view via 2D XML (Scalable Vector Graphics)
Documentation
  • 95 % complete.  Do it as we go with 5% reserved for final clean-up in-conjunction with thesis completion.
  • Schema documentation tied in with javadocumentation and html'ization' of java source.
Thesis Writing
  • Outline, Chapter 1, References, and Bibliography under review by thesis advisor
  • Chapter 2 of 10 planned in progress.
  • Graduation date 28 March 2003
Deployment
  • Successful deployment via ZeroG.com java based installation applet complete and sat.
  • Tested on Win2K, Win XP, and Win ME.  Deployment via Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 4.79, and Netscape 7.0 pr 1 sat.
