Research Faculty Member

Position: Professor in the MOVES Institute, Teaching Faculty
Job Type: Part-time, Intermittent (No Benefits) Department of Defense civilian

We are seeking a talented and energetic teaching professor to join our growing team of students, engineers, and faculty members. Our areas of interest include training systems, Defense M&S, human factors, visualization, interoperable simulation, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. This is a teaching position, specifically for a one-week module course in simulation interoperability, occurring once or twice per year. The successful candidate will support with the primary instructor for lecture, guide student projects for the course, and advise theses for Masters students on simulation interoperability.

Requirements:

PhD in Information Science or Computer Science.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Minimum 10 years experience in simulation interoperability.
Must have Instructional experience at university undergraduate or graduate level.
Must be a US Citizen.
