  • Gate Access/Visitors: Getting people on the access
  • Keys: Maintaining, check out, turn in, duplcating
  • Mail, Fed EX: Incoming and outgoing mail, sorting mail to mail slots, sending and receiving via mailing services (FedEx is the current preferred outgoing expidited mailing service)

  • Classrooms: quality control of condition, liaison with other organizations to correct deficiencies
